I am typically a natural and brown leather guy. This is a great leather strap. So, nice work. Good product. This horween leather strap pairs perfectly with the 38mm field issue in blue. In hand, soft but purpose driven as its task is most important. Once time on, has increased, so will its uniqueness and agedness in all the right ways. Made in the USA. No small feat. Awesome.

Critique: To get more buy-in from the high knowledge consumer, like me, who cares about American made products, it is my suggestion Weiss lean into explanation of everything about what it means to be made in the USA. Apart from overall high quality and attention to detail, I think, a major reason why most folks choose this brand, is because it is made in the USA, and are loyal to it or brands with similar mission statements. I want to know the story behind the straps and how they came to be. It excites me there is an additional suede option now.
Regardless, wonderful work. Stay the course.
