Methods of Payment

American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted. Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within Tennessee and California.


To reserve or pre-order items, Weiss Watch Company requires payment in full. Weiss Watch Company is fully committed to working with American small businesses. Consequently, our fulfillment dates for pre-ordered items occasionally change. Customers will be informed of any changes to the delivery timeline. Please note that orders containing both pre-order and immediately available items will ship once pre-order items are available. If you would like immediately available items to ship at the time of your order, please place a separate order for these pieces.


In stock orders will be shipped within two business days of receipt. Currently, we do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Please note that available shipping services do include Saturday delivery. If you would like merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations, please place separate orders for each location. We offer complimentary shipping for domestic timepiece orders.

We can no longer ship to APO addresses because USPS does not allow us to insure our products. Please provide an alternative address where you can receive or pick up the package, such as a local FedEx station or address.

International Shipping

When placing an international order, you may be asked to enter a postal/zip code. If your country does not use postal codes, simply enter 00000 in the postal/zip code field. Please note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs and brokerage fees on top of postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility. We can only ship internationally using FedEx.


We understand there may be cancellations of orders. We do not require a processing fee, but please note that we are still charged the processing fees by our credit card processing company. As a small business, we can only accept 3 cancellations in total per potential client. If you have canceled 3 orders, we are unable to accept future orders from you.
