Returns & Exchanges

At Weiss Watch Company, each timepiece is carefully handcrafted to meet the highest standards. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before ordering. Please review our return policy below:

• Limited Editions & Custom Orders: All sales of limited edition and custom watches are final and non-refundable.

• Standard Issue Watches: We accept exchanges or store credit for unworn, undamaged watches within 5 business days of delivery. Watches must be returned in their original packaging with all materials intact. Store credit will be valid for 12 months.

• Accessories: All accessories, including straps and tools, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Cancellation Policy: Orders for pre-orders, limited editions, and custom timepieces cannot be canceled once confirmed. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we require using an insured, trackable shipping method.

• Servicing & Support: In lieu of a return, we offer complimentary inspection, a 2-year-warranty, and service to resolve any issues with your timepiece.
