Introducing Our Limited Edition Titanium 42mm Standard Issue Field Watch: British Racing Green. Bold, Refined, and Unmistakably Unique

This release draws from two enduring influences: Porsche’s iconic British Racing Green and the deep, textured greens of sycamore trees native to Tennessee. It’s a color story rooted in design, place, and longevity. This is a closed series of just fifty timepieces. Machined from grade 5 titanium, the 42mm case pairs a high-polished bezel with a brushed mid-case, striking a balance between refinement and tool-watch honesty. Solid and well-proportioned, it offers reassuring presence on the wrist while remaining versatile for everyday wear.

This edition introduces some firsts for Weiss. The British Racing Green textured dial features applied metal numerals, adding depth and dimension while preserving legibility. A newly designed recessed sub-dial at 9 o’clock — the first of its kind in our collection — creates subtle contrast and visual interest without distracting from the watch’s utilitarian roots. Polished silver hands complement the applied numerals, enhancing legibility while reinforcing the dial’s dimensional character. Each dial begins as a solid piece of naval brass, machined in-house for precision and then hand-finished to achieve its rich color and texture. Super-Luminova BGW9 ensures visibility in all lighting conditions.

Inside, the watch is powered by our Caliber 1001 mechanical movement. Each one is assembled, finished, and regulated by hand in our Nashville workshop. Sapphire crystals on the front and back offer durability and a clear view of the craftsmanship within.

To complete the piece, we paired the titanium case with a hand-stitched Camello leather strap, selected for the way it warms the metal and gains depth with wear. Every watch is individually numbered and completed at the bench, part of a limited edition that will not be repeated.

We use only high-grade materials chosen for longevity, clarity, and wearability. Titanium offers exceptional strength and lightness. Sapphire crystals provide durability and a crystal-clear view of the dial and movement. The Camello leather strap is selected for the character it gains with time.

Case components are individually machined and hand-finished before assembly, ensuring exact fit and long-term durability. Every Caliber 1001 movement is fully built, finished, and regulated by hand in our Nashville workshop.
