The 42mm Automatic Issue Field Watch was designed as a larger, more modern interpretation of the Weiss field watch. It is highly legible, lightweight on the wrist, and built for daily wear.

Available in Black, White, and Blue, the watch balances clean dial design with subtle functional details including a matching date wheel, black oxide-treated hands, applied numerals, and BGW9 Super-LumiNova for low-light visibility.

The design takes inspiration from old field watches, analog instrumentation, workshop tools, and the kinds of objects that become more familiar and personal through regular use. The 42mm case gives the watch a stronger wrist presence while still maintaining the restraint central to the Weiss design.

Each timepiece is assembled individually in our Nashville workshop in small production runs using the Weiss Caliber 2130 automatic movement. Based on the 2892A2, the movement features a screw-down crown, Incabloc shock protection, 42-hour power reserve, and water resistance up to 300 feet.

The 42mm Automatic Issue was designed to feel versatile without becoming overly technical or overly polished. It is equally at home worn daily, traveling, outdoors, or in the workshop itself.

Each timepiece is paired with a handcrafted strap made in Nashville, designed to soften, wear in, and develop character naturally over time.

Finished and assembled by hand, the Weiss Caliber 2130 is a 2892-A2 base, finished and assembled by hand based automatic movement. Water-resistant (up to 300 feet to be exact) and ultra-light, it features new details like a sweeping seconds and a custom dial-matching date wheel. With a solid 42-hour power reserve, it's designed to last – and look good doing it. Sapphire crystals accentuate the back, while stainless steel completes the case. The hands are finished in black oxide treated steel with white super-luminova BGW9 paint. And the dial? It boasts hand-painted, timeless naval brass. Each timepiece comes with one hand-stitched strap of your choice.
