Recently, we had the opportunity to welcome the Titans of CNC team to our Nashville workshop.

Known for highlighting the people, processes, and technology behind modern manufacturing, Titans of CNC spent time with Cameron and the Weiss team to get a closer look at what goes into building a Weiss timepiece.

For us, the visit was an opportunity to share something we care deeply about: the craft of American watchmaking.

Much of the work behind a Weiss watch happens long before it reaches the wrist. Design decisions, machining, assembly, testing, regulation, and service all play a role in the finished product. While many of these steps happen quietly behind the scenes, they are essential to creating a watch built to be worn and enjoyed for years to come.

One of the things that makes Weiss unique is that these processes happen under one roof. From the workshop floor to the watchmaker's bench, our team is involved in every stage of the journey.

The Titans of CNC crew spent time exploring the workshop, speaking with Cameron, and capturing the machines, tools, and craftsmanship that bring each Weiss watch to life. Their video offers a rare look inside our process and the people behind it.

As an independent watch company, we're grateful for opportunities like this to share our work with a wider audience and help tell the story of modern American manufacturing.
