At Weiss Watch Company, each timepiece is carefully assembled and tested to meet the highest standards. Because our watches are produced in small batches and many pieces are built to order, we kindly ask that you review the policy below and carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.
Limited Editions & Custom Orders
All limited edition and custom timepieces are final sale.
Due to the limited production and made-to-order nature of these watches, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once confirmed.
Standard Issue Watches
For standard issue watches that are not part of a limited edition or custom order, we offer exchange or store credit only within 5 business days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- The watch must be unworn and undamaged
- The watch must be returned in original packaging
- All materials and documentation must be included
Store credit issued for eligible returns will be valid for 12 months from the date issued.
Accessories
All accessories, including straps, tools, and small goods, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellation Policy
Because Weiss timepieces are built to order and produced in small batches, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Production typically begins shortly after an order is placed. Please ensure that all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Shipping
In-stock orders ship within two business days of receipt. Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Domestic timepiece orders include complimentary insured shipping.
If you would like merchandise shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
Return Shipping
If an exchange is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be sent using an insured, trackable shipping method.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via FedEx.
Customs clearance procedures vary by country and may result in additional duties, taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If your country does not use postal codes, please enter 00000 in the postal/zip code field.
Servicing & Support
In lieu of returns, Weiss Watch Company offers complimentary inspection, a two-year warranty, and service support to ensure your timepiece performs as intended.
